Where are your sandals made?
Our sandals are hand crafted in our own factory in Karachi, Pakistan.
What materials are used in your sandals?
Our sandals are made from genuine calf or goatskin leather. If materials such as satin, silks and canvas are used in the uppers, they are always lined in leather to give them added comfort and durability. Our accessories are custom made for our factory and made of the finest quality crystal, metal and other materials.
How do we get more information about your products?

What if you do not have our size available?
We have a wide range of styles and colors available each season and do not custom make shoes. However, if you would like a different color from our existing styles you may email us and we will try and accommodate your order. There may be an additional charge for this service and the shoes cannot be exchanged.
Will you have seasonal sales and promotions on your website?
We will have seasonal sales similar to our boutiques. To make sure you are notified about all our upcoming sales and promotions, enter your email address along the bottom of the homepage and/or join our face book page.
What is your policy on shoe repairs?
We will repair all shoes free of cost within 3 months of purchase. Please email us with all complaints at info@nadiyakassam.com and someone will assist you.
