For generations artisans have continued in the steps of their forefathers mastering a craft that is intricate and stunning. Yet most of these artisans today live without even basic necessities and are hardly able to make ends meet. Their craft is slowly dying with little demand today for their traditional designs.

Our brand was created with a desire to preserve this ancient and special craft while at the same time provide a modern, luxurious yet affordable shoe. We started with three artisans in one room, where they taught me their craft and I explained to them my ideas for design. Slowly we added more and more artisans providing these skilled workers a chance to provide a better life for themselves and their family. We like to believe we work well together – modern and luxurious designs created with the utmost precision and comfort you can only get from something handmade.
